How To Receive Property Alerts
Stay ahead of the market with instant updates tailored to your dream home search. Set up email alerts and be the first to know when new listings match your criteria—whether it's a 3-bedroom apartment in Los Arqueros or a villa with panoramic views.
✨ What You’ll Get:
• Email alerts for new properties that match your saved search
• Flexible frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly
• Access to your favorite listings anytime
You can let us set up the alerts for your by completing our property alerts request form. Alternatively:-
🔐 Step 1: Create or Log Into Your Profile
Click Profile in the top navigation bar and either:
• Log in with your existing credentials
• Sign up to create a new account
🔍 Step 2: Set Your Property Requirements
Go to the Property Search page and use the filters to define your ideal home:
• Location (e.g., Los Arqueros, La Quinta)
• Price range
• Property type
• Bedrooms, bathrooms, and lifestyle features
💾 Step 3: Save Your Search
Once your filters are set, click the Save Search button at the bottom of the search form.

📬 Step 5: Choose Your Alert Frequency
In your Profile, go to Saved Searches. For each saved search:
• Select how often you'd like to receive alerts: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
Tip: Daily alerts give you first-mover advantage when new properties hit the market. Weekly alerts are a good way to keep on eye on the market; whilst monthly alerts are the best option to review what is happening in the local property market.
❤️ Step 6: View Your Favorite Properties
Any listing you’ve clicked the ❤️ icon on will appear under Favorites in your profile. It’s your personal shortlist—perfect for revisiting or sharing.
